Millon88 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and millon88 ("Platform", "we", or "millon88") governing your use of the website, Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, virtual sports, and all other services offered by millon88.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the millon88 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the Terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the millon88 platform.

To register and use millon88's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Not being subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from using an online betting platform.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Millon88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately, all deposits will be returned, and all winnings obtained will be voided without compensation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at millon88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a serious violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password secure and not disclosing it to any other party.
• Ensuring that all information you provide during registration is accurate, up to date, and truthful.
• Notify millon88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by another person with your authorisation.

Millon88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password or login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on millon88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Online, Hong Leong Bank
• GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for each transaction. Deposits are typically processed within 1–2 minutes after confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes for standard members and 5–15 minutes for millon88 VIP members.

You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account in your own name. millon88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the millon88 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member, except under specific circumstances set out in certain betting policies, such as accumulator bets or bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled.

For Sports Betting at millon88:

• The minimum bet is RM 5 per selection.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sport, tournament, and market — current limits can be viewed within the platform when placing a bet.
• In-play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are subject to a time delay between live events and odds updates. millon88 is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed based on outdated information.
• In the event of a technical error or an obviously incorrect odds display (odds error), millon88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount.

For casino games on millon88:

• All slot games, RNG table games, and video poker use independently audited random number generators (RNGs).
• The minimum bet for slots starts from RM 0.10 depending on the game.
• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round or game has been completed.

Millon88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in their respective bonus terms. The general conditions that apply to all millon88 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the criteria specified for each offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Millon88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the millon88 platform and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the millon88 platform or its odds systems.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or game results (match fixing or collusion).
• Using the millon88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating a chargeback or disputing a legitimate transaction through a payment provider without first contacting millon88.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to conceal your true location in order to bypass any applicable geographical restrictions.

Millon88 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system. If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to restrict the account, freeze the balance, and conduct an investigation before taking any further action.

Millon88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or any threat to the security of the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the millon88 support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled based on actual results, and any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting outstanding liabilities.

For Responsible Gaming purposes, members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the millon88 platform. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Millon88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Internet connection failures or technical issues on the user's end while placing a bet or playing a casino game.
• Sports or game outcomes that do not go in your favour — actual results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of "luck" alone.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Changes in local laws or regulations that may affect the availability of millon88 services in your region.

Millon88's total liability to any member is limited to the actual balance in that member's account at the time the claim is made, and shall not exceed this amount under any circumstances.

All content on the millon88 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, images, software code, user interfaces, brand names, and all other elements — is the exclusive property of millon88 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content on the millon88 platform without prior written consent.
• Using the millon88 name, logo, or brand for any commercial or personal purpose without prior authorisation.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code.

• Step 3: For financial disputes that cannot be resolved internally, the relevant party may refer to an appropriate dispute resolution channel.

All decisions made by millon88 management following a thorough review are final and binding, unless significant new evidence emerges that warrants a reconsideration.

Millon88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor changes, or with appropriate notice for material changes.

For material changes that affect members' rights or responsibilities, millon88 will:

• Sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.
• Display a notice of material changes on the platform for at least 7 days before they take effect.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the millon88 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact millon88 to close your account.
